Add Card to Google Wallet

We understand that some of our customers are facing issues while adding their Mastercard to the wallet on their Android devices.

We are actively working with our Mastercard partner to resolve this issue and will keep you updated on any progress. In the meantime, we have identified a workaround and would like to guide you through the process.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Install the Wallet app Download and install the Wallet app from the Google Play Store.

  2. Open the Wallet app Launch the app and select the option to 'Add a card'.

  3. Adding the Card Choose 'New credit or debit card' to add your Mastercard details. If you encounter any difficulties, please get in touch with our support team for assistance.

  4. Enter Card Details To enter your card details, first open the ExtrasJar app.

    1. Navigate to your card and select 'Manage Card'.

    2. Choose 'Show/Hide Card Details' to view your card information.

    3. Manually copy the card number, expiry date, and CVC from here. (Please note that you will need to manually copy the information.)

  5. Accept Terms and Conditions Read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

  6. Processing Card Details Wait for the Wallet app to process the card details.

  7. Verification via SMS You will receive an SMS from EML for verification.

  8. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number into the Wallet app to verify your card.

  9. Card Addition Confirmation If all steps are completed correctly, your card will be successfully added to your Wallet app.
