At ExtrasJar, we do not keep your hands tied in lock-in contracts for your health or pet extras account.
You have continuous access to your ExtrasJar Extras Account as long as you consistently pay your investment to deposit funds into it that you will also use later on to pay for treatments.
Your account automatically renews, so there is no need to take care of paperwork or other documentation. Until you send a request to cancel your account, it will remain live and accessible.
What happens to my available balance if I wish to cancel my account?
We will process the withdrawal of your available balance should you decide to cancel your account. This will be completed once the next Unit pricing and all transactions have been finalised.
On the other hand, if you don’t wish to renew but would not like to totally cancel your account, you can choose to pay your investment on a monthly basis instead. This way, you can use the funds deposited in your account until they are all gone.
For example, if you pay your investment this month but don’t plan on continuing your account, you can stop paying for the following months already. You can just use the funds in your available balance until you consume them all.
The ExtrasJar team will discover when an account contains zero balance, and we have the right to close these accounts at any time without advise.
