Quay Fund Services Limited (ABN 84 616 465 671; AFSL 494886) is the responsible entity of the Fund and issuer of the Units. They are also in charge of operating the Fund and its compliance with its constitution (Constitution), the Corporations Act 2011 (Cth) (Corporations Act), and other relevant laws.

They appointed ExtrasJar Pty Ltd (ABN 95 635 535 545; AFSL 519599) to be the investment manager of the Fund and provide administrational, promotional, and other services to it.

Certane CT Pty Ltd (ABN 12 106 424 088; AFSL 258829) is appointed by Quay Fund to be the custodian of the Fund. Their duty is to hold the Fund’s assets in its name and act on the direction of the responsible entity (Quay Fund) to effect cash and investment transactions.

Knose Financial Services: ExtrasJar Pet Insurance is underwritten by Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 83 169 311 193) and distributed by Knose Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 38 620 795 735, AFSL 536651) (‘Knose’). ExtrasJar Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 94 659 414 794, AR 001 300 328) act as an authorised representative of Knose.
