Antenatal & Postnatal are checkups and treatments done during pregnancy (antenatal) and after giving birth (postnatal) to monitor the health of both the mother and baby.
Audiology is the assessment and management of hearing and balance problems that include a range of activities such as audiological testing, assessment, and counselling (depending on the provider and the patient’s condition).
Chiropractic Treatment is a joint and spine manipulation performed by chiropractors with bare hands and small instruments to improve spinal motion and the body’s physical function.
Dental are consultations and treatments performed by a licensed dentist or dental practitioner about everything related to oral health care. This includes Endodontics (root canal treatments) and Orthodontics (braces).
Dietetics/Dietary Advice is counselling provided by dieticians or nutritionists where they plan and prepare the food to be consumed by the patient to manage their respective conditions and develop modified diets.
Exercise Physiology is the evaluation performed by an exercise physiologist on the patient’s body to determine its response to physical activity so that it can be conditioned to higher levels of physical fitness and improved health.
Hearing Aids are electronic devices prescribed by an audiologist that are worn in or behind the ear to correct a hearing defect.
Massages (including Remedial Massages) are therapies that provide relief and treat tense, knotted, and immobile muscles using different degrees of pressure and movement.
Natural Therapies (or naturopathy for others) are treatments that use different natural methods such as herbal medicine and iridology to guide the patient toward a positive lifestyle change and recovery depending on their condition.
Optical are consultations with an optometrist, ophthalmologist, or optical dispenser about everything related to vision problems, including eye tests.
Optical Appliance means an appliance to correct a sight defect or a component of such an appliance prescribed by an optometrist, ophthalmologist, or optical dispenser, including but not limited to prescription glasses and contact lenses.
Orthotics means an appliance to correct a deformity of the foot or lower limbs prescribed by a podiatrist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, or osteopath.
Osteopathy is a type of complementary medicine that focuses on myofascial release, manual adjustments, and other physical manipulations of bones and muscle tissues. It is more concerned with the adjustment of the whole body and takes on a holistic approach as opposed to chiropractic which is focused on the joints and spine.
Physiotherapy is the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a physiotherapist to prevent disease and disability. It also helps the patient recover from injuries, reduce pain, and increase mobility.
Podiatry is the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention done by a podiatrist to aid in problems affecting the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Some of the conditions they treat are fractures, sprains, and arthritis.
Psychology & Counselling means an assessment, diagnosis, and treatment by a psychologist to provide help with behavioural and mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and stress.
Speech Therapy is the assessment and treatment performed by a speech therapist to help with communication problems or speech deficiencies.

Grooming Services are the hygienic care and cleaning of your pet like bathing, brushing, trimming of nails, styling, and the like.
Pet Transport Services deals with the logistics of transporting your pet from one location to another safe and sound. It may either be via air, road, sea, or whatever is necessary.
Pet Suppliers and Pet Shops are where you can buy essentials for your pet, like accessories, toys, foods, treats, and other similar stuff.
Veterinary Animal Clinics & Hospitals includes the assessments, diagnosis, and treatments performed by a veterinarian in a clinic or hospital such as but not limited to dental, physiotherapy, and checkups.
Vets & Veterinary Surgeons includes the services and treatments performed by a veterinary, veterinary surgeon, veterinary nurse, or veterinary technician.
