Once you have your ExtrasJar Mastercard® and finished setting it up on Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, you may use that to settle all authorised health or pet care transactions at your favourite provider.
We highly advise that you read the applicable Card T&Cs carefully before using them.

What if I’m not 100% sure of the medical history of myself, my family, or my pet?
We want to ensure that your entire ExtrasJar journey is easy and hassle-free. And so, making your first claim is never different, even if you are unsure of your medical history or whoever needs access to your funds.
As long as you have available balance in your ExtrasJar Extras Account and it suffices for the treatment cost, just tap and pay at the POS using your ExtrasJar Mastercard® either via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
You do not need to submit documents to us or your provider before your appointment to pay for a specific treatment. Perhaps, a valid identification card for verification when you use your ExtrasJar Mastercard® (depending on the provider), but other than that, no other things are needed.
