Certain merchants/providers may charge an additional fee when the card is used to pay for treatments or services. This fee applies whether you made an authorised treatment or not because this is for the use of the EFTPOS device.

Please note that this fee is independent of ExtrasJar and is determined and charged by the merchants/providers themselves. But, we are currently working on this with our accredited providers so this fee will be waived, and they will only charge you for the treatment cost you’re due.
