When can I receive my ExtrasJar Mastercard®?

All about issuance and set-up of your card.

Once you’re done creating your ExtrasJar Extras Account and successfully purchased your first investment in the Units, we will already issue you with the ExtrasJar Mastercard®, depending on your chosen account, if health or pet extras. If you set up both accounts, you will receive two distinct cards.

Make sure that you have already downloaded the ExtrasJar app on your device because that is where you will access your ExtrasJar Mastercard®. After which, set it up on your digital wallet either via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.

If you are using Apple Pay, you are allocated a Device Account Number that ensures your payment information is not stored on your device or shared with the provider/merchant when making a payment. You can find your Device Account Number in the Wallet app, select your ExtrasJar Mastercard®, and tap the (i) symbol at the bottom right corner.

Your card is valid until the expiry date shown on it unless it is cancelled before then. After expiry, it cannot be used anymore, nor can you access the available balance using it unless a replacement card is issued to you. We reserve the right not to issue a replacement card to you.

All ExtrasJar cards are subject to the Card T&Cs and we highly advise that you read the applicable Card T&Cs carefully before using your selected ExtrasJar Card.
